So true, and I couldn't agree more. And as you said, there's so many people who wants a third game, hopefully EA will listen and hopefully they'll release the game on Steam as well.I want a retail copy, though. I know it's hard to get those nowadays, but seriously... If they were to make new Alice I want that game boxed just for the sake of collection. I also think I prefer a boxed version. But if I must buy a digital version via Steam to make it work (since Origin is so shitty), then I will. I think it's silly to assume there's a huge demand for Alice 3. AMR sold a little over a million copies. Now, that's not a failure by any means, but in the world of AAA gaming, that's not exactly a huge hit. Now, the petition has about 19,000 signatures, and that number is not exactly climbing fast. EA probably is aware of the petition, but won't bat an eye at it because the number is so low. No company in their right mind will toss money around just so a few people are happy. The most we can hope for is some kind of Kickstarter for the game, like major companies are doing recently. Both yes and no. My personal opinion would be that I really hope EA listens to this, because the number is not THAT low. But I also really hope that a Kickstarter may start for the third game too.

Lol you guys can dream. All EA games require EA account and Origin in order to play. AMR has Origin DRM even on Steam. Old and non-EA games may be able to run without Origin, but that's not what we're dealing with here. You're probably right... dammit. And those companies are later asking "why do they pirate my game? it's soooo simple to just buy it from us... you just download Origin, create an Origin account, enter your payment details, buy the game, download it and then just hit play; compared to torrenting it, installing it and then copying a crack it's just dumb to pirate it."

It would be simple to use Origin if that stuff actually WORKED. It is totally unworkable and dysfunctional for me and many others for some reason.
