No idea how they would have developed the bite effects but I feel it would be mad trippy. Me too! Speaking of the trippy hallucination, does anybody of you have any idea what Alice's trippy hallucination from the Nightmare Spiders actually is. A distorted face? A picture etc? Or something else? Perhaps I should check the skins in the game itself for this to see what it actually is. The face is the Cheshire Cat's face. I don't have any screenshots, though.

It looks like it. But at the same time I really do wonder if it really is Chesire's face since Chesire is actually one of those who means a lot to Alice and all. Could it possibly be some other distorted face?

In the original demo of American McGee's Alice, which can still be downloaded to this day online (unlike the A:MR one, surprisingly), the skin for the map loading screen was actually just a picture of the Cheshire Cat's face which was actually somewhat...offputting? A bit disturbing? I think it might be a distorted version of that specific image but I can't recall. I think it was the specific image, in higher quality: img05.deviantart.net/5d37/i/2004/096/4/e/chesire_desktop.jpg

This is why I wanna check the game skins, one can never know what one can find.

If only I were technical enough to do that, I would have done it years ago, I also have LOTS to learn when it comes to such technical stuff like that. I'm still just a starter. But still, I love exploring it, try it out and just be curious about it. It's soon time for me to practice more with it.

I have no idea how to extract the image you're looking for, but there are some nice stuff in the other folder. If you go to the game folder you'll find another folder called "tutorial" and well, there's another folder called "images" where you can actually find some small, miniature pictures that could probably be used in a tutorial, which I believe was cut from the actual game (I mean, I believe they intended to do a tutorial).

And this is why I love strolling around in the game files and searching and looking around. You never know what kind of nice and interesting things you could find!
